1 General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and dk445 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the dk445 website accessible at https://dk445.app and all associated services, products, applications, and content offered therein, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, arcade games, and the promotional programmes connected to the platform.

By accessing the dk445 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you expressly acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease your use of the dk445 platform and close your account if one has already been created.

dk445 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, registered users will be notified via the email address associated with their account or via a platform notification displayed upon next login. Continued use of the dk445 platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the dk445 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and dk445. Where any conflict exists between these documents, these Terms & Conditions shall take precedence unless expressly stated otherwise.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

The dk445 platform is intended exclusively for adults. To register an account and participate in any betting, gaming, or promotional activity on dk445, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your continued use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. dk445 operates a strict 18+ policy with zero tolerance for underage gambling.
• You are accessing the platform on your own behalf and not as a representative, proxy, or nominee for any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the dk445 platform, either voluntarily through a self-exclusion request or as a result of a platform-imposed suspension or termination.
• You are not acting in the capacity of, or on behalf of, any associate, agent, employee, director, officer, or contractor of dk445 or any of its affiliated entities, software providers, or payment partners.

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full range of dk445 services — including placing bets, making deposits, claiming bonuses, and requesting withdrawals — you must register a personal account via the dk445 Login page. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension.

3.2 One Account Per User

Each individual person may hold only one registered account on the dk445 platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, dk445 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any outstanding balances, and reverse any pending withdrawals. 3.3 Account Security & Password Responsibility

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dk445 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account details with any third party, allow any other person to access your account, or use another person's dk445 account under any circumstances. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is deemed to have been carried out by you.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify dk445 immediately via live chat or email support. dk445 will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the user has failed to take reasonable precautions to secure their login credentials or has delayed in reporting a suspected breach.

3.4 KYC Verification

dk445 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with responsible gaming and anti-fraud standards. You may be required to submit identity verification documents — including a national identity card, passport, or mobile financial service (MFS) account confirmation — before a withdrawal is processed or when a significant deposit threshold is reached. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the timeframe specified will result in a hold on withdrawal processing until verification is completed.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

dk445 supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively through Bangladeshi mobile financial services (MFS). The currently accepted payment channels are bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), and Upay (United Commercial Bank). All transactions on the dk445 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No international bank transfers, credit cards, debit cards, or cryptocurrency payments are accepted at this time.

4.2 Deposits

Deposits are credited to your dk445 account balance instantly upon confirmation from the relevant MFS provider. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though unusually large deposits may be subject to additional verification under the dk445 KYC process. dk445 does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your MFS provider's standard transaction charges may apply.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed within 15 to 30 minutes to bKash and Nagad under standard operating conditions, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Withdrawals to Rocket and Upay may take up to 2 hours during peak periods. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals can only be made to the same MFS number used for the corresponding deposit, as part of dk445's anti-money-laundering controls.

• Withdrawal requests submitted during system maintenance windows may experience delays of up to 3 hours.
• Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may experience holds on withdrawals until verification is finalised.
• dk445 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal above ৳50,000 in a single transaction.
• Bonus-derived winnings are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal — see Section 6 for full bonus terms.

4.4 Player Funds

All funds deposited by users into their dk445 accounts are held exclusively for the purpose of betting and gaming activity on the platform. Deposited funds may not earn interest. dk445 does not use player funds for operational expenses; player balances are maintained separately from the platform's operational accounts.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 Placing Bets

Once a bet or wager is confirmed on the dk445 platform, it is final and cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the user unless expressly permitted by a specific game or market rule stated at the time of placement. You are responsible for verifying all bet details — including selection, stake, odds, and market — before confirming. dk445 is not responsible for bets placed in error by the user.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by market, sport, and game type. Specific limits are displayed at the point of bet placement within the dk445 sportsbook and casino interfaces. dk445 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time without prior notice, particularly in response to market risk management requirements during high-traffic events such as BPL season, IPL, T20 World Cup finals, or major FIFA tournaments.

5.3 Void Bets & Settlement

A bet may be voided by dk445 in the following circumstances: the relevant event is cancelled, postponed beyond the applicable settlement window, or abandoned without a result; the bet was placed at an incorrect or erroneous odds value caused by a system error or pricing feed failure; or the event result is overturned by the governing body after initial settlement. Voided bets are settled at odds of 1.0 (stake returned). dk445 uses official governing body results as the primary source for settlement of all cricket, football, and other sporting markets.

5.4 Casino and Slot Games

All casino games and slot titles available on dk445 — including those provided by Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Spribe — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer infrastructure, as applicable. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot titles are published by the respective game provider and are available upon request. dk445 does not manipulate RNG outcomes and is not responsible for the internal mechanics of third-party game software.

5.5 Arcade Games

Arcade game titles on dk445 — including Cannon Fishing and Dragon Master — operate under their own specific game rules as defined by the respective game providers. Payouts in arcade games are determined by in-game mechanics, multipliers, and the game provider's certified outcome systems. Players should review the in-game rules section before participating.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

dk445 offers promotional bonuses and incentives to eligible registered users from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins on selected slot titles, BPL season cashback offers, Eid bonus events, and Pohela Boishakh free bet campaigns. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion at the time of the offer.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to a dk445 account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted into withdrawable real-money funds. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion's individual terms. Unless otherwise specified, the default wagering requirement for dk445 bonuses is 20x the bonus amount. Only wagers placed using real-money funds contribute to meeting wagering requirements unless the promotion's specific terms state otherwise.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

dk445 actively monitors bonus usage for patterns consistent with abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same offer; placing low-risk or arbitrage bets exclusively to fulfil wagering requirements; coordinating with other users to exploit referral or friend-invite bonuses. Where bonus abuse is identified, dk445 reserves the right to void the bonus, forfeit any winnings derived from that bonus, and suspend the account pending investigation.

6.3 Expiry

Bonus funds and free spins expire if not used or if wagering requirements are not met within the timeframe specified in the applicable promotion's terms. Expired bonus balances are removed from the account automatically. dk445 does not extend bonus expiry periods except in exceptional circumstances at its sole discretion.

7 Prohibited Conduct & Fraud

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dk445 platform. Engaging in any of the prohibited conduct listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, reversal of withdrawals, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Match fixing or match manipulation: Placing bets on events that you have directly or indirectly sought to influence, manipulate, or fix, including through involvement in spot-fixing or any corrupt activity within a sporting event.
• Arbitrage and scalping: Systematically exploiting pricing discrepancies between dk445 and other platforms to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, commonly known as "arbing".
• Money laundering: Using the dk445 platform to deposit, wager, and withdraw funds for the purpose of obscuring the origin of those funds. dk445 is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.
• Account sharing and syndicate betting: Sharing your account credentials with third parties or operating your dk445 account as part of a coordinated betting syndicate in a manner designed to circumvent individual betting limits.
• Software exploitation: Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other technological means to place bets or interact with the dk445 platform in a non-human manner without prior written consent from dk445.
• Fraudulent chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your MFS provider in relation to a valid and confirmed dk445 deposit transaction. Any such action will result in immediate account suspension and recovery of the full disputed amount.
• Providing false identity information: Misrepresenting your age, identity, location, or any other personal information during registration or KYC verification.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your dk445 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by email at support@dk445.app. Prior to closure, any outstanding balance (net of any active bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the MFS account on file, subject to standard verification checks. Accounts with active pending withdrawal requests may take up to 48 hours to close fully.

8.2 Platform-Initiated Suspension

dk445 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — circumstances where:

• The user has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The user has provided false, forged, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Prohibited conduct as outlined in Section 7 has been identified.
• The account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months with a zero balance.
• A legally valid order, injunction, or directive from a competent authority requires the suspension or disclosure of the account.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

If you feel that gambling is negatively affecting your wellbeing, financial situation, or personal relationships, dk445 strongly encourages you to use the self-exclusion tools available from your account settings dashboard. Self-exclusion periods are available in durations of 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or permanent exclusion. 8.4 Dormant Account Policy

An account is classified as dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wager). Where a dormant account holds a positive balance, dk445 will make reasonable efforts to notify the account holder via their registered email address before any administrative fee is applied. Dormant accounts with a zero balance may be closed without further notice.
